By researching juicing books, we understand that it is preferred that you drink your freshly juiced veggies within 15 minutes of juicing but remember, we believe, it is always better to have fresh juice versus processed juice even if your fresh juice was made a day or two ago. Don't get hung up on the tons of details. Your goal is to create a healthier lifestyle without excuses!
