FFK Recipes

We love experimenting in the kitchen to create vibrant health building recipes.  On this page you will find some of our favorites.  Try them and don't forget to experiment by adding your favorite ingredients to suit your taste buds and build upon your power tools for creating your very own healthy Fast Food Kitchen.  Remember to choose a prep day to shop, clean and ready all of your ingredients.  That will be the day that you cook, dehydrate, blend and *juice so that you have enough healthy meals to last up to three days.

* Note that we are aware of the abundance of juicing tips to get the maximum benefit in the form of vitamins, nutrients and live food energy out of your juice.  By researching juicing books, we understand that it is preferred that you drink your freshly juiced veggies within 15 minutes of juicing but remember, we believe, it is always better to have fresh juice versus processed juice even if your fresh juice was made a day or two ago.  Don't get hung up on the tons of details.  Your goal is to create a healthier lifestyle without excuses!
